An energetic Director of LOVE Realty, Stephen Cromarty is setting the standard of quality the LOVE team provides to our clients.

Stephen has been helping the residents of the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region to move house since he first commenced in real estate in January 2000. Continually setting his sights high, Stephen has a passion for real estate and is committed to exceeding his clients' expectations.

Driven to succeed and with a natural talent for leadership, within 3 years he was a number one sales person in a large inner city office. It was during this time he met one of Australia's leading real estate coaches, which accelerated Stephen's growth to new levels.

With a holistic approach to team leadership, Stephen provides both professional and personal support for his team, encouraging them to set and achieve goals in all areas of life. Stephen believes in the power of training and education, continually striving to learn and implement new ideas and procedures to help improve our clients' experience with LOVE and going above and beyond their expectations every time.
